Return Policy

At Female Pumping, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Due to the intimate nature of our items, most orders are non-returnable. However, we do allow limited returns under specific conditions. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the majority of our products are non-returnable. Once items are opened or used, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returnable Items

We may accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened and Unused Products:

    • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
    • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Returns are accepted at our discretion, and approval is required before sending any items back.

  2. Restocking Fee:

    • A $10 restocking fee will be applied to each item that qualifies for return.
    • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim.
  3. We will issue a replacement at no additional cost and ship it to the address on file.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:

    • Reach out to our support team to request a return authorization.
    • Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval:

    • If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address.

  3. Package the Item:

    • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive the returned item.

  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the $10 restocking fee) to your original payment method.
    • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
